Born on the shores of Lake Michigan. Formally educated in Waukegan, Illinois, and at the University of Hawaii, BA’s in Psychology and Communication, MA Communications. Graduate work in Educational Communications at West Oahu College. Six books published (Thrillers). Received more than 102 writing awards for prose and poetry. Guest speaker at various organizations in the area. And recorded On National Public Radio and YouTube. Short stories in three anthologies.

Informal education: retail sales, factory machinist, vending machine filler-upper, caddy, photographer, firearms instructor (Rifle small bore, Rifle high-power  Handgun, and Hunter Safety). Fourteen years in U.S. Air Force, Vet for Korean War and Viet Nam,  worked as Weapons Specialist and Airborne Radio Supervisor. Authorized to work on Air Force One. NRA Lifetime Master Class Pistol Shot, three guns,  (indoor and outdoor). State Champion South Carolina (Master Class) 1969. Worked for Hawaiian Telephone Company, Island Telephone, IRS, and Dept of Labor, as Position Qualification Specialist and Supervisory Personnel Management Specialist.
